User Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel a contract with or without reason within 14 days. The 14-day cancellation period begins with the completion of the contract.
To make use of your cancellation right, you have to explicitly inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in a written letter, a fax, or an email sent to:

You may use the cancellation form below, but the use of the form is not obligatory. To make use of your cancellation right within the 14-day period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation message or postmark the letter within the 14-day period.
Consequences of a cancellation
If you choose to cancel the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments made up to this point, including delivery costs. An exception to this is if you choose a delivery method other than the standard method that we suggest. The additional costs created by choosing a special delivery method are not reimbursable. The reimbursement payment will be made immediately, no later than 14 days, after we receive your cancellation. Unless otherwise agreed on, we will use the same method of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original payment. We will never charge you for the reimbursement transaction.
If you asked us to begin our services within the 14-day cancellation period, you will have to reimburse us for the already executed services before the time of cancellation. This partial fee will be calculated on the basis of the agreed upon cost of the service in full.
